This is actually only my second review ever (and my first review in years), but I felt I had to post something to express how positive our experience was today with It Is Fixed.
Mario was the friendliest and most efficient service technician I think we’ve ever had. First, they got us in for a same-day service appointment, which was awesome of course.
Second, Mario called me about 1.5 hours earlier than our service appointment and offered to come earlier, but when I told him we were out to lunch at the time, he was friendly and accommodating, and he waited for us to come home at our scheduled service time, no questions asked.
Third, Mario was SUPER friendly to our kids and us. We have small children, and he engaged them in conversations and even allowed them to watch and “help” him fix our washing machine. He’s such a fun and genuinely nice dude.
Fourth, he diagnosed the problem immediately and had it fixed in minutes.
Fifth, we mentioned that we also have a broken microwave, and he was willing to check it out and recommend solutions for future service on that, even though it was beyond what he had been originally called for.
He was in and out in 30 minutes, and the price was fair. Seriously, any time we have ANY appliance repairs we need in the future, we will be calling It Is Fixed and specifically Mario. He was fun, helpful, professional, and awesome (and worth writing about)! Great customer experience!

Read their reviews on and contacted IT IS FIXED based on their high marks. Umid promptly returned my email and scheduled a time that worked for both of us to repair a Whirlpool stand-alone freezer. He called the morning of the appointment to confirm I was home and get some specifics on the problem.
Umid was extremely friendly and immediately set reasonable expectations for the repair. Even though he gave a repair option a low probability after some troubleshooting he identified the problem and provided me with a very reasonable quote, which I accepted on the spot. 45 minutes later he was done and cleaning up the work area, saving me several hundred dollars in replacement cost. IT IS FIXED is highly recommended for their courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.
